Refund Policy

Because all items are custom-made to order, CADwithAlice does not accept returns or refunds for reasons such as incorrect size, color preference, or buyer’s remorse.
1. Damaged or Defective Items
We only offer replacements or refunds for items that are:
Defective
Damaged upon arrival
Incorrectly printed or fulfilled
To qualify, you must contact us within 7 days of delivery and provide:
Order number
Clear photographic evidence of the issue
2. Resolution
If the issue is approved, we will, at our discretion:
Issue a replacement at no additional cost, or
Issue a refund to the original payment method
Refunds are processed within 5–10 business days after approval.
3. Non-Refundable Items
The following are non-refundable and non-returnable:
Custom or print-on-demand products
Items ordered in the wrong size or color
Final sale or discounted items
Gift cards
4. Unauthorized Returns
Returns sent without prior authorization will not be accepted or refunded.
5. Chargebacks
Unauthorized chargebacks may result in permanent restriction from future purchases.

7. Lost or Stolen Packages
Once an order has been handed over to the shipping carrier, CADwithAlice is not responsible for lost, stolen, or delayed shipments. Claims must be filed directly with the carrier.
