1. Print-on-Demand Acknowledgement
All products are produced on demand using third-party print providers via Printify. As a result:
Products are custom-made
All sales are final except as stated in the Refund Policy
2. Product Variations
Due to the nature of printing, minor variations in color, placement, and size may occur. Such variations are not considered defects.
3. Orders & Payment
We reserve the right to refuse or cancel orders for suspected fraud, production issues, or violations of these Terms.
Payment must be received in full before production begins.
4. Intellectual Property
All designs, artwork, and content are owned by CADwithAlice or used under license. Reproduction, distribution, or commercial use without permission is prohibited.
5. Limitation of Liability
To the fullest extent permitted by law, CADwithAlice shall not be liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from the use of the Site or products.
6. Indemnification
You agree to indemnify and hold harmless CADwithAlice from any claims arising from misuse of the Site or violation of these Terms.
7. Governing Law
These Terms shall be governed by the laws of the State of Florida, without regard to conflict-of-law principles.
