This Shipping Policy applies to all orders placed with CADwithAlice through https://www.alicecad.com/. All products are made to order and fulfilled through third-party print providers via Printify.
1. Order Processing & Production
All products sold by CADwithAlice are print on demand and produced after an order is placed.
Production times typically range from 2–7 business days, but may vary depending on product type, print provider, and order volume. Production times are estimates and not guarantees.
2. Shipping & Delivery Estimates
Shipping times begin after production is complete and vary by destination and shipping method selected at checkout.
Estimated delivery times are provided for reference only and are not guaranteed. We are not responsible for delays caused by carriers, customs clearance, weather conditions, or other factors beyond our control.
3. Shipping Rates
Shipping costs are calculated and displayed at checkout based on product type, destination, and shipping method.
4. International Shipping
We offer international shipping to select countries. Customers are responsible for any customs duties, taxes, or import fees imposed by their country.
5. Incorrect Address
Customers are solely responsible for providing accurate shipping information. Orders shipped to incorrect addresses due to customer error are not eligible for refunds or reshipment.
6. Lost or Stolen Packages
Once an order has been handed over to the shipping carrier, CADwithAlice is not responsible for lost, stolen, or delayed shipments. Claims must be filed directly with the carrier.
